I am so impressed with the level of customer service.
My cat started vomiting bloody liquid on Christmas Eve, I had to take her to the emergency veterinary hospital. Fortunately I was able to bring her home on Christmas Day evening. I submitted the claim for treatment to Embrace on 01/07/2019 and to my delight I just received a message that the check has been cut on 01/17/2019. This a level of service that is over and above anything I have experienced before! Thank you Embrace.

Outstanding coverage and fast returns!
I got this insurance before we brought our puppy home. We had one time when our dog was very sick and required extensive treatment for four months, daily trips to our vet and ran into the thousands of dollars. Embrace covered 80% of everything, no problems. Now, two and a half years later, she has a knee ligament injury and they are covering the custom brace, the special acupuncture treatments.
We are going to be getting another Mastiff and will get Embrace coverage for that one as well!

Great customer service
Reaching customer service was quick and everybody was knowledgeable and professional. Reimbursement was very quick as well. I am very happy that I kept this insurance.
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
