I was astounded by how quickly and effectively they handled my small claims. I think everyone should get their pets covered by Embrace asap. Recommend completely!

Normally vets require payment upfront before anything is done. This was the case when my 2 year old female cat swallowed a sewing needle and needed surgery. I panicked, knowing there was no way I could afford their estimate, especially when time was of the essence. However, once I explained to them that we had Embrace, and was able to get a prior authorization for services, they were able to waive this policy and perform the much needed operations to try and save my kitty. Embrace fully understood the situation and spoke directly to their financial department, assuring them of our coverage and providing them with the estimated reimbursement that would be issued directly to them. The vet was then okay with me making a payment then and there and working on a payment plan for the rest. Although my precious girl did not survive due to complications, Embrace was there through the whole process, working with me and the vet clinic, orchestrating the payment and claims processing. It was a difficult time for our family, but I can't even begin to express how much Embrace relieved the stress of the financial situation and allowed us to focus on our efforts to save our kitty, and then through our grieving process as well. You never know what will happen to your furry family members. The simplest thing could send them into a fight for their lives. Having some sense of peace when it comes to finances is ultimately priceless. Embrace your pets today. Embrace was recommend to us by our dog trainer. Fortunately we have only had well visits and medication for this dog. I used the app for the last vet bill and the reimbursement to my checking account was quick. It is a peace of mind issue to know we have a good vet and good insurance for our Westie
