My claim was totally "user friendly" to submit and was promptly settled to my complete satisfaction.
The way Embrace handled our claim was amazing. The online form already contained necessary information which made it so easy to complete and submit. I received an email almost immediately saying the claim had been received. It was reviewed and settled within 3 days.

Very helpful in fulfilling claims during the loss of our Pet, due to a sudden illness.
All testing and examinations for our loved pet were reviewed and covered within 5 business days. Unfortunately the sudden illness was terminal. Misha provided much love and comfort in our lives....she is missed but not forgotten. Thank You Embrace for your sympathy card and candle lit in Misha's memory.

Great customer service
This was my first set of Embrace claims and I did it wrong - without the diagnosis. The claim staff helped me fix my mistakes and get everything processed. Really appreciated the help and explanations.

This Company ROCKS!!
I have had all 3 of my dogs Embraced for a couple years now. When we first looked into pet insurance I was pleasantly surprised by how low the monthly cost was for 3 dogs (Lab mix, Retriever Mix & Great Dane). I wondered how the claims process would work until recently, when our black lab tore the stifles in BOTH her rear legs. She has now had a few claims and every time it has been a very simple process and the refund has been processed, sent and received very promptly. The 2 or 3 times I've called to ask questions about how to file a claim or something I was treated VERY kindly. They were really sweet and cared more about how my dog was feeling and how worried I was than making absolutely certain I dotted every I and crossed every T! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
