Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I am very happy with Embrace and would highly recommend it to any pet parent. Ive had it for all my 4 kitties for over 7 years now and nver had an issues with any of the claims. Two of the kitties have serious conditions , cancer and kidney failure , and having insurance literally saver their lives. It allowed us to provide them with the best treatments available. Embrace has very reasonable premiums , great coverage, and a very clear and easy to understand set of policies. Submission process is easy and the processing times is quick. Whenever I had to call , the customer services was super friendly and knowledgeable.

I don't know how much more perfect pet insurance could be. All of my experiences with them over 7 years, insuring three dogs, have been remarkable, but the most recent was astonishing. We needed fairly expensive surgery, totaling about $5,000. Within only 1 week, Embrace reimbursed exactly according to the terms of the policy, covering every one of many different surgical line items in full. Their communication at every step of the process is excellent, with an almost immediate email to say they have received the claim and then very quick and fully transparent follow-up. I did extensive research on all available options before selecting Embrace. While it is very slightly more expensive than many others, it is so worth it. Strongly recommend!

Great customer service. I've had Embrace for almost a year now and I've had limited issues with their process. Furthermore, when I have had an issue the representatives on the customer service line have been exceedingly helpful. Most claims are completed within 2 days and all of the issues that have occurred were taken care of within 24 hours. Great service!

I would recommend Embrace to anyone looking for pet insurance. I am very satisfied with Embrace.
