It's Easy To Embrace Embrace
I never want to be in a position where I cannot afford to have Prince receive the best medical care available. Embrace is very reliable, and I know they care about Prince's health.

Reimbursement and category of illness confusing
You advertise 80% reimbursement on claims, but I have been normally receiving about a 33% reimbursement, Also, my dog has had a couple of ear infections, and you didn't pay anything on the claims, stating that an ear infection is a skin condition. I can't imagine why that would be a skin condition, and my Vet agrees that an ear infection should not fall in that category. In fact, on the bottom of this form, you list ear problem and skin condition as separate illnesses? I seriously considered switching to another insurance provider, but decided to give your company another chance.

I recommend dog insurance to everyone
Embrace has covered my 4 Bernese Mountain Dogs for several years and I have always been very pleased with their service. Many times the question comes up "Should I get dog insurance?" I always say "yes" and always recommend Embrace. They have covered everything. No exclusions. They cover many "alternative treatments". They pay promptly and if I ever have an issue or a question they are easy to reach by phone.

We love Embrace!
Embrace has been very helpful and friendly throughout my recent experience! I am impressed with the prompt responses and organization. My dog, Ella, and I truly appreciate such a positive experience. Ella recently underwent ACL surgery and Embrace was there every step of the way!
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
