been there for us

My dog contracted lyme disease on the way home from the breeder (she is in a low tick area and I found a tick on him en route home halfway across the country). Of course we could not test for six months because they don't seroconvert until six months. Sure enough we tested him and he was positive. Unfortunately I found that out the day after I had to leave my job!!! FInancial stress!!! While I have often footed a lot of my vet bills without insurance in the past, that is not an option right now and I am very grateful to have the help with his medical bills.

So happy Daisy has Embrace!

It’s taken a number of vet visits and tests, lab work, ultrasounds, etc. we were able to do what needed to be done for Daisy without worry over the cost. Embrace Pet Insurance is peace of mind!

Very poor none responvice deceiving coverage

They promise the moon, deliver close to nothing… took them for ever to reply to my claim, forever to approve a 20% coverage on something they claim would have been fully covered. I’d make sure no one else gets this poor service, should have listened to my friends about embrace reputation

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
