Will find any reason not to pay!

My experience with Embrace has been nothing but frustration up until this point. They have denied every claim that is for any substantial amount of money and indicate it is all not covered because of pre-existing conditions, when in fact, surgery needed to be done to determine what the real issue was. They don't care and seem to be classifying EVERYTHING as a bladder infection! I am currently in an appeal with them, but I am not optimistic. Buyer beware, if you take your pet in for a wellness check, pray they do not find any type of infection within the first 2 weeks or Embrace with NOT cover ANY subsequent treatments!!

All About what they Can't do for you

Lets start by simply saying, Horrible, just horrible. They offer pet insurance but do not cover Leg Injuries for the 1st 6 months of your 12 month policy. Really Leg injuries, The most common injury for a dog period! The customer service agents read from a script so directly that they sound automated. Never in my worst fears would I have thought that when my dog got hurt that the insurance company would be the Biggest cause of stress for me and not how to pay for the surgery for the injury. Would not recommend to my worst enemy!!

Embrace is a very user friendly site. I can easily see when a claim has been obtained and updates on how it is processing.

Happy So Far!

Starting out I was not sure the service was going to be very good. We have an older mix breed rescue and have only had a couple small claims thus far. It took a few emails and reviews to get the insurance started but at this point we are happy with the results and the correspondence is wonderful. Our rep gets right back to us.
