Clearly a fraudulent company. After changing their story multiple times, I was denied for a non-existent “pre-existing” condition. It got to the point where the representative told me to be “be careful of the fine print” because they are aloud to find technicalities.” That sounds pretty unethical to me! The lawyer said we would have no problem winning our case against Embrace because the are clearly attempting to commit insurance fraud. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

I purchased pet health insurance from Embrace for my 2 dogs 4 years ago My annual deductible was $500 but was surprised and very happy to find out that the deductible went down to only $300 because I had not needed to make any claims on my pets since I purchased the insurance A month ago my 9 year old dog began experiencing severe pain and extensive costly testing was required and on going acupuncture and chiropractic care is needed After my deductible was met (very easily with the MRI and CT Scans) 80% of all of my bills have been processed and refunded to me very quickly I highly recommend Embrace Pet Health Insurance to all who are looking for a reliable pet insurance company !!!!

Easy and simple to submit claims.

It's easy to submit claims, process seems straightforward. I did waste about 30 minutes having to redo their paperwork- the email confirming that my check was on the way said X amount, the EOB said Y amount, the summary that accompanied the EOB said Z amount. And the check was none of the above. The check was the correct amount as per my own calculations. Totally bizarre. I'm still happy with them but I might die of a heart attack next time.

This was around my second claim to embrace (wellness) claim. So when i sent in a claim that was wellness and nothing more then a teeth cleaning. Embrace went out there way to list claim as medical because of the stage one periodontal cleaning that was listed and they say its covered even though they have to check pre history to cover and to me what i see is there is a possibility of them declining the claim instead of just accepting the wellness claim in a timly maner, they take close to a month to finley accept the claim and i had to call them 4 to 5 times to get stuff in order because there was no one ever keeping me in the loop. I understand there doing job from checking history... But no one called me to get the ball rolling. Not happy embrace your better then this....(I hope) only time will tell.
