great prompt service and claims processing

been with them for many years. KC had some serious problems after attack by unknown predator---survived and ran up the bills---claims were paid according to my policy---fast. lately just had a buch of cold laser treatments for her and again paid within days of submitting several bills. they are not cheap as KC gets older but their coverage for her and payments when problems occur have been great. Have to recommend with no reservations

Ultra Fast Reimbursement

Have had Embrace since we obtained our pet. We’ve had two major claims (conditions common to the breed) and each time we were reimbursed within 7-10 days. Filing medical claims electronically and receiving reimbursement directly deposited to our bank account is very convenient. Wellness claims likewise are fulfilled without delay.

When your pup has a freak accident you don't think, just react. I want to thank Embrace for their genuine compassion and help during the claim process. Superb customer service and yes our girl, Pennee Lang, is 100% once again! Thanks to all!

Diligent and great communication

Our puppy ate raisens which we know our toxic and took him to the emergency vet. They were lax in getting additional information back to Embrace so that our claim could be processed. Embrace kept us informed of the claim status until it was received.

What a joke! Scam

This has got to be a scam. Out of 4 claims only 1 was paid in full. They didn't even cover the emergency visit or exam fee when my dog was in pain due to a swollen prostate and blood was coming out of his penis. Stay far away from them. Wish I would have listened to other reviewers that had the same issue.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
