Great in theory, not so much in practice
I originally signed up for Embrace because it was the best coverage for the price available. I've been disappointed since then - it is a real struggle to get in contact with Embrace: I often have to send them 2 or 3 or even 4 messages before I get a response (although I will say, when I do hear back, they are very polite and try their best to be informative!) My biggest issue is that claims I have submitted for my dog a month ago still have not gone through, because Embrace states they don't have a record of my dog's full medical history; however, I have sent them a record of every vet visit my dog has had in her whole life (she's only a year old!). Additionally, the premium increased by 20% ($10 more PER MONTH!) when it was time for me to renew. Lastly, I once submitted a medical history review for my older cat to make sure she didn't have anything that Embrace would consider "pre-existing conditions" - despite multiple follow ups on my part, Embrace never completed this review. I hope they will improve their service and their prices will not continue to increase at such an outrageous rate, or else I will have to go elsewhere!
