Embrace Pet Insurance is fantastic!

We've been using Embrace for almost three years since we brought our puppy home. The insurance has great coverage at an affordable price, and the claims process is outstanding--coverage is as advertised, processing is quick, customer service friendly when you call them. We also take advantage of the wellness program, which is essentially like a monthly savings plan for non-covered items, whatever they may be. I highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.

Not happy at all! Grade 2 dental is disease??????? She just needed her teeth cleaned !

It’s ridiculous to say grade 2 is dental disease !!!! There was nothing wrong with her gums when we got her! She just needed a cleaning!!! Rip off!

Best peace of mind for any fur baby parent

Great customer service. Have peace of mind knowing my baby is covered for any accidents or injuries that I may not have been able to afford otherwise. Would definitely recommend wellpet coverage covers his well pet medication and his vaccinations. Embrace has been great to us.

Not at all worth having this insurance - especially if your pet is over 8 years old!

This Insurance is useless - I had NO claims for years, yet my bill went up SIGNIFICANTLY each additional year. When I finally did need coverage - after the deductible - I received virtually nothing back. The bill to insure my HEALTHY 14 year old Tabby would have been almost $1300.00 BEFORE getting a penny of coverage! - AND for a Policy of only 80 percent coverage to only $5000. It is smarter to put the premium money in the bank - You will be MUCH better off than this AWEFUL and USELESS coverage.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
