Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

At first I was worried about having insurance and having to tackle fight medical terminology is that I didn’t understand. So I asked a lot of questions and I got a lot of answers everyone was very friendly and even though one of my claims was denied, they explained why in detail. I am extremely happy with the overall experience And would highly recommend embrace to anyone. They review and pay very quickly. That’s a huge bonus

Well, I haven't had the opportunity to embrace Embrace. They decided that, because my cat had had a tooth pulled many years ago, under a different pet insurance, that his dental is a pre-existing condition and they will not cover anything related to dental. IF I have his teeth cleaned (at my expense) the exclusion is removed, and then they will cover a broken tooth. However, they will not cover the broken tooth extraction during the teeth cleaning, so I would have to put my cat under anesthesia a second time for extraction. VERY disappointing.

Embrace is the best. Everyone I talked to were helpful and concerned about my puppy. Laura was the one I dealt with the most and she was wonderful and worked diligently to process my claim in a prompt, professional manner. My daughter recommended Embrace and I can see why. I highly recommend Embrace to all.

I used Embrace Pet insurance for the first year of my pup's life. They have a simple claims format, you have to do the work to submit claims, but it was really easy and straight forward. I utilized their wellness plan as well and they did a good job at reimbursing any charges related to a wellness plan. Customer service was prompt and not pushy ever. I will use them again if we decide to insure our dog in the future!

After adopting a dog 2+ years ago, I had the foresight to get Embrace Insurance. My dog is Cavalier Spaniel/Corgi mix. He has now had 2 back surgeries, emergency care for extreme vomiting/diarrhea and another surgery for removal of bladder stones. Without this insurance, I would not have been able to provide this medical care and he would have been put down. Yes, the rates are raised a lot every year but they have saved the life of a formerly abused dog that had no concept of love or petting until my adoption. Thank you for being there with timely reimbursement and no hassles. I never anticipated how much I would need them. Harley is now a very happy, loving dog, not to mention one of the most expensive mutts in the world now! You have saved his life.
