Best pet insurance!

I did a lot of research before I purchased pet insurance for my 3 cats. I chose Embrace for several reasons. One was that you can design your own policy - how much insurance you want for each cat, how much co-pay, what % pay out, etc. I had an older cat that had never had any health problems, so got a lot less insurance for her. I had 2 new kittens so I got much more for them. Good thing I did! One of them has had nothing but problems from day one - parasites, pneumonia, chronic bronchitis, ringworm, enlarged heart, you name it. I have submitted so many claims for his care and they have been paid promptly. I would have gone bankrupt had I not had this great plan for him. The customer service has always been splendid. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service

I refer your company to everyone I know who have animals. I’m completely satisfied with your service. You have been with me through many emergencies. I thank God for you every time I look at my fur babies.

Never use this company!

This company is horrible! They claim to "We care more so you can worry less".... that is complete crap! I had submitted claims for both of my dogs and I have never had to fight more to get a resolution! After fighting for months my one puppy's claim was "partially covered" because she had pre-existing conditions! The pre-exsisting condition was she was a puppy and vomited due to eating too quickly! So when I submitted a claim because my puppy accidentally got hold of a bag of chlorine and had ingested some and naturally she vomited! Now this company claims they won't cover the claim fully due to she has vomited once before! Then if that wasn't enough my second dog who was about 8 years old unfortunately had to be put down due to a spleenic mass that had her internally bleeding and according to my vet only a 10% chance of surviving an operation to remove it, if she even made it into surgery! So I submitted the claim for my loved dog being put to sleep and now this company is denying the claim all together because my dog about a year prior was noted by the vet to have a skin tag (mass) smaller then the size of a dime on her leg! This company had talked to my vet about the skin tag (mass) in relation to the spleenic mass tumor and my vet said the two conditions are "completely unrelated!" But nope this company who "cares more so we worry less" still denied the claim and has dragged out the processes of closing these claims therfore delaying my families grieving process because every week for months we have been on the phone arguing with the company! Please please do not waste your money and time dealing with this company! They will only aggravate you more and come up with every excuse to not pay back any of your claims! You will be paying for a service you will not get!
