First time user and the contact with Embrace was a breeze!

I have never used pet insurance before so I needed to be walked through the process. Embrace Pet Insurance was wonderful. All my questions were answered and my agent was kind and patient. The contact I had was a breeze and this was during the quarantine. Thank you for being there during this time.

GREAT Customer Service!

I spoke with 'Karen,' who was so professional and knowledgeable about helping me get my puppy's first scheduled vet visit during the necessary time frame for the vet to complete the Orthopedic Report Card. I was able to get my puppy's visit rescheduled two days earlier because of Karen's assistance, and I really appreciate the MyEmbrace Contact Center Staff being fully trained and such wonderful Brand Ambassadors for such a truly wonderful Pet Insurance Product (and I researched MANY prior to making my final choice!), Thank you, Karen and Embrace!

Perfect Company

This pet insurance is the best I have ever had. I adopted a barely 1 year old cat with numerous intestinal issues and it has taken emergencies and tests to get a diagnosis and finally a treatment. Embrace has been amazing nthe whole time. Claims processed in days and deposited directly into our account. Despite the issues, my premium has not gone up much at all. Really impressed! I tell everyone about them!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
