One of the easiest to work with

I work for a vet so have experience with virtually all of the insurance plans- this one is the easiest to send claims to- and the service thus far has been great.

The most reliable pet insurance

I was treated as if I was the only one. I have had one pet two different times, maybe 16 years total. no matter what, big or small I was treated the same. I will use them again. You can not go wrong.

Easy, comprehensive coverage for dog

I have had such a great experience using Embrace to insure my now 11 year old lab. It is easy to understand, navigate, and submit claims. They cover everything they should/say they will and when we had an accident, my dog was totally covered and I was reimbursed for expenses as I should have been beyond my deductible. The team is efficient and quick to respond to questions or concerns. They also respond SUPER quickly when I have submitted claims. We got a new pup last year and I immediately added him to our policy. I would highly recommend Embrace for pet insurance!

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
