Easy as pie, from start to finish!

The entire process was seamless and easy. The application to upload receipts, the areas for descriptions, and the very little time it took to submit a reimbursement claim were appreciated. I would recommend Embrace for any pet parent's need. Well done.

Major medical claim with GREAT coverage

Accidental mishap with my puppy (door bell). The poor guy broke his leg. My little girl was devastated. Fortunately, my Emergency Animal Hospital was close by and full of great staff. My puppy is fine, but now the impending bill. Very stressful!! However, We Chose Embrace for our insurance. The staff was great, the claim was worked quickly and the coverage was more than I thought it would be. Outstanding outcome. Thanks Embrace!!

I have been a customer since 2007 when…

I have been a customer since 2007 when we first brought home our dog, Hansel. Embrace has been terrific with Hansel’s health. Hansel passed away on Christmas Day 2021 after 14 years. Embrace processed our last claim for Hansel with dignity and sympathy. Thank you.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
