I am so thankful for embrace!
I absolutely love Embrace Pet Insurance! I'm so glad that I got this pet insurance on my golden retriever as soon as I adopted him. He was healthy and happy until he developed epilepsy at the age of 3. Embrace has allowed our family to be at ease when it comes to spending money on my dog's treatment. It's highly affordable for the value it provides. Plus, the company's customer service is ABOVE AND BEYOND what I could even dream of. From chat support to phone calls with such kind human beings, I couldn't praise them more! I tell all my friends who have pets how strongly I feel about pet insurance, specifically Embrace. I joke that I should be a paid spokesperson for them, but of course I am not.

Great company with many good plans to choose from and very speedy claim reimbursements. Recommended by USAA which is the reason for using embrace. Very happy with the service. Washington insurance regulations have caused rate increases which would apply to all pet policy’s.

Amazing customer service
I spoke to several different pet insurance companies, but ended up going with Embrace. Most companies treated this simply as a transaction, but Shannon from Embrace treated this is if the pet was her own. She walked me through everything (what was covered, what is not, what are next steps, etc). This was my first time doing pet insurance, and would highly recommend
Monthly Cost
$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
