Don't believe the 30 day money back guarantee

Without belaboring the details, I bought the insurance and submitted a claim about two weeks later. The claim wasn't process for THREE MONTHS; therefore, I missed the 30 day cancellation window. Then the company determines, based on my pet's records, that she showed symptoms of a disease that was later diagnosed. This, FWIW, a GEICO company. I've filed a complaint with my state insurance regulator.

I feel more secure knowing that I have embrace to cover those unexpected medical issues

Insurance is one of those products that you need but never want to use. For 10 years my my fur baby has not had any medical issues. This year he was diagnosed with bladder stones. Embrace has been there to help with those medical costs

Best Pet O surance

Embrace allows you to choose your coverage, deductable and quality of insurance, provides pre-existing time frames and has an easy online claim system. In a 6 month period I had one emergency surgery claim and and 1 Iinfection treatment claim. Fast, easy and fair.

Awesome company

I unfortunately have a dog with numerous medical issues but feel less overwhelmed because of Embrace. They are a terrific company. They make it so easy to submit claims and are very responsive to questions. Claims are processed fast. I have zero complaints. Would highly recommend

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
