I'm am truly thankful for the caring nature that Embrace gives and the ease of their claims process.

Embrace does an amazing job at making the claims process easy. I have had insurance with other companies and they make everything and issue and make you submit document after document that have no bearing on the claim. Embrace not only make the process easy but the little things they do to make you feel special and like they care about you as a client is above and beyond.

EMBRACE IS TERRIFIC!!!

Embrace has been a lifesaver in helping cover Bandit's normal health expenses. They are prompt in acknowledging acceptance of the insurance form from the vet's office, & even more prompt in covering the claim. So glad I am using this company!!!!

Best pet insurance

My dog has separation anxiety and we take him to the vet several times and spend a lot money in vet bills but embrace pet insurance has cover each bill without problems.

Nice people, great price, will deny the claim for any possible reason

Their staff are incredibly friendly and quite knowledgeable. Their website is easy to navigate. Claims are one page and you can simply fax them in. The problem is that they go out of their way to try and deny claims.

A pet insurance company that does what it says it will do, and covers what says it will when you buy it.

Our 11 year old 100% Chihuahua has had some problems lately -- and after my deductible was met -- the claims were taken care of promptly and in accordance with my understanding of the policy. Communication from Embrace was frequent and clear and kept me advised every step of the way.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
