The cost of the insurance isnt bad. Getting the information in to make claims is difficult, putting information to male a claim is difficult. Getting correct information from customer service is difficult.
This last claim went through fine. I was happy with the recent improvement in getting the claim processed. However, I am always worried the claim may not be covered.

All our girls are covered by Embrace!
I 'd thought that shopping for health insurance for the dogs was the most "Yuppie" thing I'd ever done, but over the past six years it's turned out to be well worth it.
As vet bills climbed (and our vets have rightly earned it!), we needed to insure our pets. Embrace had reasonable rates and a great word-of-mouth reputation from my friends in the Boykin world, and I was impressed by their bright, well-trained employees. Sold!
Over the years, Embrace has deservedly grown, but they've maintained their stellar customer service. We seldom speak to our initial agent, Deidre, now, but all who answer the phone are kind, caring, and efficient. And though the payout time has gotten a wee bit longer over the years, the "embracers" at the other end of the phone have guided us through the claims process so that we've never had a claim questioned or denied.
During this final struggle to save our girl's life, they've helped simplify the claims, and have been paying them out quickly. And everyone we speak to is so empathetic, we truly feel we've been "Embraced.."
We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Thanks embrace. Customer service is excellent. People are caring, friendly and understanding. Most of all embrace policy is wonderful. It’s so easy to get money from embrace. Just fill the forms no question asked and in less than 10days a check is waiting in the mailbox. Thanks 😊

Great insurance
Claims easy to file customer service is a good always helpful. Makes it easier to treat rather than euthanize due to situations
You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.
Deductible
Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll.
New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage.
Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.
Waiting Period
There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.
Exclusions
Pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active.
Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian.
Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
