Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace insurance has so great. The claim processing time is excellent. I have told others that purchasing insurance for their pet through Embrace is so worth it.

We are Embrace customers since 2016 and never needed to file a claim. The last day of October our Emma injured herself and we took her to the vet. She is now recovering and she is doing much better. We file the claim and got the reimbursement right away. I was very impress but the kindness of Carly who asked me first thing first how Emma was doing even before she asked me to send the invoices. We have four pets insured by Embrace.

Once their first claims were processed for my two dogs - seemed like that took a long time - my experience has been very positive. Now claims are paid quickly and Embrace is not stingy. They look for ways to give you your maximum benefit allowed. My dogs are large and giant breeds so when something happens and I need to take them to the Vet, it is very expensive. I am thankful to have Embrace insurance and have recommended it to several other dog owners. There is good cost-benefit with this policy. Steve

I decided to invest in pet insurance when I was sitting in the waiting room of the emergency Vet. I looked through the leaflets they had on Pet Insurance companies and when I got home researched all of them on the internet. It took a long time but I finally decided Embrace was the best overall. Not only did I like the way they operate and their prices, they have a wonderful Wellness plan. My dog sees her Vet regularly and is up to date on her vaccinations and all Heartworm and flea prevention. That can be expensive and having a Wellness plan has helped me tremendously. Embrace is extremely quick to process a claim and send a check or explain why it might not be covered. Plus, now all claims can be submitted online so the whole process is very simple and quick. The people working at Embrace are very helpful and caring. I have been with them for six or seven years now and would never switch. Why? Because they are simply the best!

I am very happy with my policy my dog had emergency surgery for which I submitted four claims. They were all processed in a timely manner and i received reimbursement checks got all them in less than 2 weeks. This is our third large dog and I m so glad we had insurance. I would recommend customizing your policy for your pet well worth it thank you.
