I recommend Embrace to all pet lovers especially those with big dogs. The service reps are knowledgeable and the website is excellent. Great company.

I reviewed a number of Pet Insurance companies before I chose Embrace and I am very happy that I did. If ever I needed a question answered or help with my policy they were on it. I have never had insurance for my previous buddies before but thought maybe it was time. My first sign we might need this policy was when he must of swallowed too many bits of a soft toy unbeknownst to us. 24 hrs. in the emergency room and a $1200.00 bill! I wish I had had the policy then, I was still thinking about whether we needed it! What was really sad was another couple came in for about the same thing but couldn't afford the estimated vet bill to treat their puppy. It broke my heart. Our new little friend, Jasper, is a very inquisitive happy go lucky dog. He gets up everyday happy and ready to meet the day with gusto! He makes life fun and opens doors and hearts wherever we go.

Love Embrace Pet Insurance Customer Service, Pricing and ease of submitting a claim. When my wonderful Sherlock passed away, Embraced prorated and refunded his month premium payment without me having to ask. They also sent a very heartfelt condolences card. They made dealing with his final bills very easy at a time I needed it most. Thank you.

Embrace was helpful when I called. The only reason I didn’t give all 10s was the woman on the phone went very fast and assumed I was computer literate. I am computer capable, but 73 years old and needed a more detailed 1-10 list of what to do. Admittedly my fault, not hers. I needed to continually ask her to slow down and repeat so I could write down her instructions. Perhaps a detailed list of how to put in a claim should be on the website.
