Good response time

Summitting my claim was so easy and processed quickly. They sent me several emails with status and explanation of benefits and my reimbursement came soon after.

40% increase after one year,no claims!

Signed up last year,healthy 2 yr old rescue pup already spayed on yearly heartworm prevention. We "received " a military discount and supposedly received a partner company discount which was combined 20%. One year later at renewal they incredibly raised our premiums 40%. We had zero claims! Also the plan does not allow for well visit coverage. I shopped around and found that their 20% "discount " equaled every other company's regular price. Raising rates 40% in ONE year, AFTER supposed discounts is absurd!!! Cancelled policy will look around for different company.

This is a great pet insurance I have…

This is a great pet insurance I have them for my 2 dog's max and Bailey.I have the wellness and medical I am pretty much covered .wellness covers there shots grooming medicine medical covers all but 20 % how can you beat that. Wonderful customer service pay your bill and with in a week you're getting all your money back minus the 20%in the long run I would say it is truly wee worth having I would highly recommend

Stupid company. Tells me to get medical records for them. Is this my job? I thought thats what I’m paying for? DO YOUR JOB AND GET THE MEDICAL RECORDS YOURSELF!

Embrace is the Best

I would recommend Embrace to any loyal pet owner. I called several other pet insurance companies who would not service my cat Fleetwood because of her advanced age. Embrace was the only company who was willing to work with me. Embrace always reimburses me promptly for services rendered from my veterinarian. The staff is helpful and courteous.

Monthly Cost

$13 – $100, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 10%, 20% or 30% after your deductible, depending on your chosen plan. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Annual limit of $2000, $5000, $10,000 or $15,000.

Deductible

Annual deductible options from $100 – $1,000.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 6 weeks old to enroll. New pets over 14 are eligible for accident-only coverage. Once enrolled, pets can stay insured regardless of age.

Waiting Period

There is a two-week illness waiting period, which begins on your policies’ effective date. Orthopedic conditions have additional Waiting or exclusion periods that vary by state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Hereditary and congenital conditions are covered if they have not been diagnosed or suspected before the policy becomes active. Main plan covers alternative treatments such as chiropractic, acupuncture and homeopathic when provided by a licensed veterinarian. Optional wellness and prescription drug plans are available for an additional cost.
