This company don’t ask for pet records until your first claim so if you paid for months and then file a claim they will decline it because of pre existing conditions

The website is very organized and convenient.

My first real interaction. I purchased the policy for my cats. Setting up the policy and payment method was very easy. Now that I'm using or attempting to use it, I've been met with much pushback. As well as a degree of contempt in the manner of questioning and subtle hints of we don't believe you. Maybe I'm reading too much into things or maybe not. Overall, I am not impressed.

So I have had Embrace pet insurance for a few months now and the setup with them was very easy but obviously I won’t know if this insurance is really good until I need to use it. Unfortunately my greyhound pup had an accident and chipped two of his teeth. I had to take him to a veterinarian who specialized in dental work and he had to go under anesthesia and they were able to repair and restore his chipped teeth. I had to pay a nearly $2000 vet bill! I quickly submitted a claim by taking a picture of my receipts and doctors S.O.A.P notes and then uploaded everything using the Embrace application on my phone. The whole process took maybe 2-3 minutes and was very easy. I was updated every step of the way and within about 3 business days I got an email stating my claim was approved! They covered practically everything less my deductible and co-pay that I signed up for. And they deposited the funds directly to my bank account. This insurance is top notch! I’ve read a few of the negative reviews and all of those people are upset because their claims were denied and it’s usually because their pet had pre existing conditions and that condition got worse so it wasn’t covered, this is something they tell you up front! That’s like having a car that you crashed then you get auto insurance for it and get upset because they won’t fix the previous damage it had! Embrace has been upfront and honest and tell you EXACTLY what is and what isn’t covered BEFORE you purchase, and if you’re unsure of what is or isn’t covered just ASK before you buy! They were very helpful in explaining everything. I would highly recommend this company!
