Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

I absolutely LOVE Embrace Pet insurance! If I have a simple question, I can just call and usually get a very quick response, with an actual human being!! (No phone tree here!) I have 2 Australian Shepherds and my vet bills can be very high at times. But I never have had to hold back on getting them the treatment that they need because I know that I have an excellent insurance plan with Embrace, and that I will get a certain percentage of that money back. Also, they have updated their site, so now you can submit claims directly online and receive your insurance payment through direct deposit. Easy, peezy!

Embrace is so good to us, and they make it so easy to file a claim.

I have not had this insurance long and have not yet had to submit a claim, so I cannot at this time speak to a claim's experience. However, I did request a medical review be done so I could document any pre-existing conditions and Embrace accomplished this in a reasonable amount of time. Also, I called Customer Service once with a question and the lady I spoke with was friendly, courteous and helpful. So, with what I have experienced to date, I would certainly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance.

I love the timely service I get from Embrace and they always send my claims quickly, I would recommend them to anyone in the world. Their prices are very reasonable in prices.

The employees at Embrace are always very helpful and answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I wouldn’t trust my pups well being with another insurance company!!
