Helpful or Hurtful

It’s always nice and best to have insurance and coverage. I thought Embrace was more like human insurance. I thought The insurance would cover percentages of the care my pet received. I got this insurance especially that my Maiya is 11 yrs old now. Well, most of her coverage was denied. I will keep it at this time, but I’m not sure if it will be beneficial in the future

Wally's left rear leg

This insurance company is great they take care of you like it should be. Review your clam and get back normally with their results. They always be an ok with us and only made 2 clams in the last 6 years and they were all Legit with the veterinarian reports. IT's great there are people out there that have an insurance that care. Hopefully we just made the second claim of the 6 years we had our little guys and been very lucky with them and they will take care of us .. thank you EMBRACE PET INSURANCE

Pain-free claim

Had to take my dog to the emergency vet which is stressful. However putting in a claim and being refunded by Embrace is simple and easy.

Would recommend

I signed for embrace and soon after my Dog Sasha became very sick. The vet said she had diabetes, Embrace approved my claim, theyve been great and I would recommend them to friends and family

Takes Forever

Over a month to process a claim: the site said certain tasks were started weeks before they even sent the emails they claimed were already sent. Of course, my claim was denied so I am a little bitter but even it my claim was approved, the rate at which this claim took to process and the constant repeat of stock answers which half the time weren’t relevant to my claim at all each time I called has sent me on a shopping spree for another insurance. It would have been much easier to get denied a week in instead of strung along for weeks. Very condescending staff, with that typical “well just look where you signed here accepting X and X” crap you expect from an insurance company. I can’t wait to read the stock answer response that all the other negative reviews garnered. 🙄 Edit - And there’s the stock answer. So when they tell you that they needed to review the records and SOAP notes, that is of course true. What insurance company wouldn’t. That said, when they change the status of your claim to say that happened and they CC the pet owner to every email sent to the care provider, color me a little surprised that the *day of the denial of benefits* is the day the CCd email occurs. I have the emails with the timestamp, Embrace, so say whatever feel good spinned message you’d like. I can’t forge your own emails to make my story the real one. They are what they are and you all definitely dropped the ball in handling my claim. How I wish I could upload a screenshot of that email. 👎🏻
