Embrace | Pet Insurance Review

Embrace has been a fantastic investment for our dog, Snoopy. They have provided great coverage and are super fast with processing our claims and reimbursements. Snoopy was recently diagnosed with bladder cancer and we were worried it wouldn't be covered due to a previous surgery to remove a fatty lump. We sent in an appeal letter and Embrace amended their original decision based on updated documentation showing that the cancer was not related. We were really stressed over this and Embrace provided us with a massive amount of relief. We want to do everything we can to keep Snoopy with us for as long as he wants to give us and keep him as comfortable as possible. Having Embrace and the great coverage they provide makes the financial aspect of his care not be the focus.

We had a terrible experience with this pet insurance. We bought it and paid $80+ monthly for over a year, only to find out that when we used it for the first time (the original vet bill was $700, this terrible insurance only reimbursed us $200). We ended up canceling and having to pay them a $150 fee because they had reimbursed us too much money! Embrace IS THE WORST PET INSURANCE. If you care about your pet and your wallet go with something else because this company is shit.

I have been using embrace for years now, best and easiest dog insurance out there with friendly staff that will help whenever you need it.

Policies are easy to understand and process is super easy, friendly staff, online claims take less than 5 minutes and it seems to get easier every time, I have to use.
