Worse experience ever
In 2019 my dog had fat mass on his chest. In September of this year he had a bump removed inside anal. Embrace said it was related and refused to pay. My Vet had to write letter to dispute what they said before they paid. It was 2 months after surgery before I was reimbursed. They question every invoice and you always have to have your Vet explain the reason for the invoice which is time consuming. They are very slow in paying because every invoice is scrutinize. I stop using any pet insurance from the experience I went through. When I submitted first invoice I was told that his chest mass needed to be tested. When I did that and resubmitted invoice that is when they appealed it and I had to get Vet say it wasn't the same. It took me 3 weeks to get testing done and at that time I was told I had to get a letter from Vet saying it was not the same. The invoice was over $1,000. So be aware that you will not get your money right away. They will question every invoice you send in.
