Claire’s Claim
We recently had to file a claim for one of our dogs who was ill. The claim process was easy, as long as an invoice was provided. In our case, we had two invoices, as one was paid in full and then additional care was required, so the laid in full showed up as a credit. The EMBRACE folks contacted the vet for clarification, and the claim was paid within two days.
