review for Petshealthcare

I've only had Petshealthcare for a few months but have already submitted 2 claims. I was very happy with how quickly the claims were processed

Worth every penny!

Yes this insurance helps with expenses but more importantly it eases my mind and allows me to focus on the wellness of my family member. No more deliberating about what might be an issue or not due to the high price of a simple office visit. This insurance allows me to act in the best interests of my dog, not my wallet. At first I thought the monthly premium was more than I should be spending because my dog was healthy, until he was not and I am oh so glad I kept the insurance. I will never again be without my ASPCA pet insurance.

Aspca Insurance is very customer friendly

I have only been a customer for 3 months and submitted a claim 2 weeks ago. It has already been paid. Their customer service personnel are very friendly and easy to work with. Additionally they are very concerned with my cats health. I also found their monthly premiums to be the most reasonable. If only my own health insurance company worked the same way.

Great Pet Insurance

We have had this pet insurance for now three dogs for about of 10 years. I researched different pet insurance companies before hand and decided on this one because of the reviews and the ratings. I think this is a great pet insurance company to work with and so far I haven't had any problems. The only thing is that it can take awhile to get reimbursed and not everything is covered.

Great company! Awesome service at ALL times!

We insured our dear dog "Wizard" almost as soon as we got him, when he was just under a year old.Throughout his life, he had some health problems and having ASPCA Pet Insurance, definitely made a difference, specially having the peace of mind of having our loved pet insured. Every time we submitted a claim (which is super easy to do, and ASPCA offers various options of submitting same), they always processed it super fast and fairly and next you know it, check was in our mail box. Everyone that works at ASPCA Pet Insurance are real pet lovers and they do care about your pet needs. I always received a follow up call after my claims were processed. Unfortunately during the past year, "Wizard" had a severe kidney disease which later developed in kidney failure and we had to make the very difficult decision of putting him to sleep. He passed on November 16th 2016. He was twelve years old. He had an awesome happy life, and also gave us tons of happiness and we have great memories which we will treasure for life! We love you Wizard! Thank you ASPCA Pet Insurance for everything you did for "Wizard" throughout his lifetime.
