Very Impressed with Claim Processing

This is my first experience with pet insurance and I've been VERY impressed. Both with the level of service, the online claim processing (which makes it so easy to check status of the claim) and that you can have your reimbursement directly deposited into an account. Recently they called to see how Belle, my cat, was doing - which I thought was so sweet. This is the real thing...totally worth the money!!

Pet insurance you can count on

My dog had a upset stomach do to a pain medicine that had been increased. My claim was handled quickly and satisfactorily. I have depended on ASPCA for the past ten years to help us through both injuries and illnesses.

Excelent Service

We are so happy we got pet insurance for Bear! He was just diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Disease after months of being sick and many test, Xrays, ultrasound, colonoscopy and endoscopy. We where able to do all these for Bear thanks to ASPCA pet insurance. We are very pleased with their service and prompt reimbursements. I would recommend ASPCA insurance to anyone that owns a pet.

Don't think we could find a better company!

My husband and I have been using ASPCA Pet Insurance for our yellow Labrador Retriever since she was eight weeks old (she is currently 18 months old). We are glad that we insured her because she suffered a traumatic partial tail amputation when she was four months old and we could not have afforded the necessary surgery and subsequent wound treatment/bandage changes. We cannot emphasize enough how happy we have been with ASPCA. They have good policy terms with many choices for coverage levels and fair premium amounts. They process claims quickly and fairly. They follow up by phone to see how our dog is after we have submitted a claim and even sent us two handwritten cards. Pick ASPCA for your pet insurance and peace of mind. You will not regret your choice.

Affordable, Excellent Quality Pet Insurance

I switched pet insurance to ASPCA after having another company for five years. I am so happy with the ASPCA insurance, it is a much better policy. My dog did in fact get sick a few months after switching companies and ASPCA handled the claim extremely well. They were excellent in communicating status of the claim and very prompt in paying the claim.
