They helped save my pets life

I never had pet insurance before and was not expecting to need any soon but thought it would be prudent as my pet was getting older. As it turned out just three months into coverage she contracted pneumonia and required intense after hours emergency help. I am glad to say that after 2 months of treatments my Tallulah is doing much better and ASCAP Pet Insurance refunded 80% of all or most costs minus the deductible just as they stated they would in their policy. I had to call in to Customer service one time and the agent was very helpful and friendly. During this time I received two calls from their staff to see how Tallulah was doing. They have a very user friendly website and claim submission process and UI. Their claim process does take a long time, about 1 month for the initial claim and then 2 or weeks for additional claims from same original issue so that would be only room for improvement but I would still highly recommend.

Fantastic!!!

I got my Rudy when he was 2, he's 13 now, and up until about 2 or 3 yrs. ago he was healthy! Then his left ACL went, then his right, and now he has a sinus condition that he'll have for life. This insurance has been a Godsend. Between surgeries, and meds I'd have to offer up one of my own kidneys to pay the bill, but ASPCA Pet Insurance has been there with me every step of the way! They have even sped up some claims, so that I could get cost reimbursement asap. I will never have a pet without this insurance. Thank you!

Health Insurance Review

Have a rescued dog makes it complicated when you don't know the dog's history. Buddy is a soft coated wheaten terrier and had anxiety issues and odd eating habits which has caused unusual veterinarian visits. ASPCA has checked with his vet and emergency vet for confirmation of treatments with due diligence and responded quickly via email to me and as well as my bank account.
