VETERINARIAN: Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital

Exceptional Support and Care for My Cane Corso, Luca

I am extremely grateful for the support provided by ASPCA insurance for my 4-year-old male Cane Corso, Luca. Recently, Luca experienced bloody urine, which was a worrying and stressful situation for me. After consulting with Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital, I was able to focus on making the right decisions for Luca's care without the added burden of financial concerns. The worst feeling in the world is knowing your dog is suffering and feeling helpless because of financial constraints. Thanks to ASPCA, I didn't have to choose alternative care plans due to cost. Instead, I was able to provide Luca with the best possible care he needed. The customer service was outstanding, and the claims process was smooth and hassle-free. With the direct deposit reimbursements, the claim process has much improved, with payments being received in just a few days. This support allowed me to prioritize Luca's health and well-being during a challenging time. Thank you, ASPCA, for being there when we needed it the most.

Awful company yet again claim is…

Awful company yet again claim is denied. Had a policy for almost one year and yet again my claim is denied this time with the reasoning There is a 14 day Waiting Period for coverage of Illnesses and ligament and knee conditions when starting a new plan. Conditions which manifest during this time are not eligible for coverage.. Update: My coverage started almost 1 year ago :-) so how can there be a 14 day waiting perior

Once again you guys have hit the ball…

Once again you guys have hit the ball out of the park. My little mini dachshund RickyBobby Tangled with a SUV and came up on the short end of the stick but thanks to some hard work by our vet at Town & Country in Christiansburg he pulled through and thanks to ASPCA pet insurance I was able to afford the $2,500 bill you guys covered almost $1,800 leaving me with the 250 deductible and the $700 20% that I signed up for. you guys are fantastic. I have been with you guys for several several years with the various pets including Miss Molly and Merlin and now of course Benji and RickyBobby. If there is a shortfall with you guys it has to be with the wellness program I believe it could be a little bit better. The refund stipends barely cover half the cost of service provided by the veterinarians. Maybe increase the stipends to match the premiums paid. But really, anytime you need a reference send them to me. You'll get an A+ All the Time
