What an absolute waste of money

What an absolute waste of money. I've been with them since 2022 and so far, between their annual deductible requirment and what they eventually pay out... It's just not worth the time or expense. Better off just putting away ~$100/month into a 'self-pet-insurance' savings account making todays rate of ~6%. This will pay out WAY better than ASPCA or any pet insurance unless your pet has some kind of debilitating illness... Then maybe but the jury is still out on that one as well based on my experience so far.

Best Pet Insurance!

ASPCA has been the BEST pet insurance! With Rolo's various sicknesses and unavoidable emergency vet visits, I had so much more ease during these times knowing that ASCPA would take care of everything quickly and with great care. This has been the biggest life saver financially - I cannot recommend them more!!!!

ASPCA used to be the insurance company…

ASPCA used to be the insurance company I recommended to other pet parents. However, the recent changes in the reimbursement process, specifically the new requirement to submit medical records with each claim, have altered my perception. Additionally, what’s the purpose of having accidental and illness coverage if you’re not going to reimburse me for any of it. When I renewed my policy this year, there was no communication about the necessity of providing medical records for the reimbursement process. This sudden requirement contradicts the seamless and painless claims process that initially attracted me to your policy. Due to this change, I will not be renewing my policy and will be taking my business elsewhere after nearly five years as a customer. Stay away from this shady company, it’s a shame because it was once a great insurance company until they decided to put profits over pets.

Canceling issue

This company is good for what they’re doing. The person who got me into the membership was nice and easy going to talk to. My issue is the canceling situation. They give a so called phone number, that does not work, and apparently there isn’t any other way to cancel the monthly donation. I’ve been trying to contact them since 2 months ago and nothing. Oh, but why is there various ways to start the monthly donation, but not to cancel it?!?!

Great Insurance!

We've had 4 cats insured for many years with ASPCA and I have never regretted getting this insurance. Our cats have gone through dentals (which aren't covered by all insurance companies!), Diabetes, Pancreatitis, Hyperthyroid, Urinary Blockage, and many others through the years, and ASPCA has always come through for us. I strongly recommend this for anyone looking for quality pet insurance.
