Great Company that helps me to take care of Billy

I'm filling 100% protected, it is incredibly simple to submit a claim, the couple of times that I called the staff was very friendly. I'm very happy I was suggested to call ASPCA.Thanks a LOT!!!

So grateful to have this insurance.

I purchased ASPCA Pet Insurance for my 5 year old rescue cat that we adopted in May. Little did I know how quickly it would come in handy. When I took her in to the vet because she was lethargic, it was determined that she needed dental work. On her pre op visit, the vet heard a heart murmur. She needed to have an ultrasound to test the functioning of her heart in order to be cleared for anesthesia. She was cleared to have the dental work and she needed to have a tooth pulled. I filed the claims electronically, and was kept informed of the status of the claims along the way. Once the claims were processed, I received payment in a prompt manner. One of the deciding factors for me in choosing this insurance was the excellent customer service from ASPCA that I received when shopping around. That excellence in customer service has followed through in the processing of claims and the follow up service I received after the claims were processed when I received a phone call from a rep asking how my cat was doing. I would highly recommend ASPCA Pet Insurance.

ASPCA gives us peace of mind.

Bella's was diagnosed with leptospirosis right before the holidays. We are blessed that she is well and twice blessed because we were reimbursed for a good bit of what we paid. The vet's office processed the claim and in a reasonable amount of time the claim was processed. Our vet recommended ASPCA Insurance and we are glad we took his advice.

One of the few times something has lived up to my expectation.

I was very much surprised when I received notice that most of all our pet's routine annual checkup at our Vet's would be covered by her insurance. It was most pleasant to submit a claim and in a very reasonable time receive payment which was deposited directly into our bank account. We really had reservations about receiving any compensation and were truly pleased when we did. Well worth the monthly cost of the insurance.

TOTAL SATISFACTION

I am completely pleased with this insurance coverage. All claims are handled in a total and speedy manner. I especially like the follow-up that is extended on each claim. I do believe that Otis & Panda Too (my two Shih Tzu's) feel the same about the great care they have received under your careful watch. Thank you so much & HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY SEASON!!!
