Friendliness is hit or miss and it takes a long time to get in and out of there. I was happy with the services the vet provided but it's expensive compared to our regular vet. I went there for a "quick" vaccine bc I thought it would be easier than going to our vet...not the case. I hindsight it would have been cheaper and easier to go to our vet even though further away

Their “membership” they sell you is a joke! Please take your animals elsewhere. Not only did I experience rude staff members when I brought my dog here they continued to bill me a monthly membership I had cancelled. I was not notified I still owed a membership fee when I canceled the membership. Now years later it showing on my credit report as a delinquent account. Your staff is at fault here for not explaining this. I can see why the other reviews on here are just as bad

Banfield Wylie is the best! They treat my lab so well everytime we are there. Lucy loves going to the vet. They truly care about her and her medical care. They also have convenient hours for me.

After bringing our pets here for 10 yrs. We decided it was time to cut ties and go to a a different place. I have a long story of why I decided to leave this place I wasn't happy with the care or lack of the last time we came in. It seems as most places nowadays do not care that a long time client is leaving lol
