From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional. The facility itself is clean and well-organized, which immediately put me at ease. The Dr. Willow Johnson was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She explained everything clearly, from the diagnosis to treatment options, and made sure I understood all the steps involved in my pet’s care. I also appreciated how compassionate everyone was — it’s clear they genuinely care about animals and their well-being. Marcel was treated with kindness and respect, and the staff made sure my pet was comfortable throughout the visit. The communication was excellent, too. Scheduling an appointment was easy. I’m so glad I found Arnold Crescent Animal Hospital and will definitely be returning for all my cat's future needs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets!

We really appreciate you guys taking Wily on as a patient at the last minute and getting him the care he needed so swiftly. He’s doing great and we look forward to coming back for check ups under happier circumstances. I really appreciated that you guys took a wallet friendly approach in diagnosing and treating his problem where a plan was laid out that would involve more tests if the initial treatments didn’t work. It felt like you guys had my back and put the care of Mr. Wily cat as your first priority.

Dr. Angela was so thorough and friendly. She gave us thoughtful recommendations without being condescending or shameful. The receptionist (we didn't get her name) was also attentive and went out of her way to get us the tools we needed. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service we received. Based on all of our visits, we would highly recommend this clinic, especially for cats.

Thank you for taking our appointment so last minute on a Sunday. Dr T was fantastic and was able to diagnose why Cola wasn't feeling well. He was so honest and transparent which was really refreshing as we have been to other vet clinics before where we had been ripped off by needing to do alot of diagnostic tests that were unnecessary. Thank you for your professionalism! We are considering changing over to seeing Dr T as our full time Vet :)

We have been coming to Arnold Crescent with Dr. Dewey for the past 12 years. Exceptional treatment every time we visit. The front desk staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful I have recommended Arnold to many people looking for a reliable and caring vet.
