This was our Moo. Never take your pets to this clinic We had taken our Moo into this clinic on more the one occasion. We had raised our concerns about her small size and asked for her to be checked to see if anything was wrong. They quickly checked her over and gave her a "perfect bill of health" They then pushed us to move forward to spay her. We did. And 10 days later we list our beautiful Moo. She had a heart defect that was exasperated by the surgery. We then called to inform them of our loss and that had they addressed our concerns and taken a simple exray that the defect would have been caught and we would not have gotten her spayed They then had the audacity to pass the blame to the spay clinic. Never take your pets to this clinic.

Very good experience in this clinic; moved to this area No waiting sometimes it is possible to get the same day appointment also no waiting once you arrive. Dr Torabi is a very experienced professional. set the diagnose correctly. the dog became energetic and playful within a week of treatment (we completed the treatment plan did not stop half way). Stuff is friendly, now how to treat pets. I highly recommend this clinic.

Whenever I go staff are always sweet with my cats, and me. Always professional and explain everything from the most basic service so well and respond to my questions with the best attitude. Love going there, since I know they will take care of properly of my babies.

We love our vet! The staff is professional, compassionate, friendly, and kind. Dr Torabi is very skilled in this field. When our dog was spayed, we were amazed at just how beautiful and meticulous the sutures were done. He could almost be a plastic surgeon with his soft tissue surgical skills. We are grateful for this clinic and the exceptional care they provide for our animals.

10/10 service and experience. I cannot express enough gratitude for the amazing care my cat received at Britannia Heights Veterinary Clinic. My poor fur baby was limping and clearly in pain, and from the moment we walked in, the entire team was compassionate and attentive. They were incredibly thorough in the examination and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. They handled my cat with such gentleness and care, which really put both of us at ease. The diagnosis and treatment plan were clearly communicated, and I felt confident that my cat was in the best hands. Thanks again!
