I am so grateful to have Dr. Peiman and York Vetenary Hospital. The care my pet received here was beyond excellent. The entire team was kind, welcoming. My dog recently had to undergo a difficult surgery, and I’m so grateful for Dr. Peiman. The procedure was complex, but Dr. Peiman handled it with exceptional skill and care. From the first consultation, I felt reassured by his expertise and thorough explanations, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Not only did Dr. Peiman perform the surgery perfectly, but the cost was also very reasonable, especially considering the high level of care my dog received. Dr. Peiman and the team, including Melissa and Danny, are exceptional! Their passion for their work is shown in every interaction. We were impressed by their approach, offering us the option to examine our dog on the floor or vet table (whenever the dog feels more comfortable). What really put us at ease was Dr. Peiman's gentle and patient approach with our dog. He allowed her to take her time to feel comfortable, without pushing her, which really helped reduce her stress. They took the time to explain each procedure, providing transparency and trust. What really stood out was their integrity - no pushy sales tactics or unnecessary treatments. In fact, they corrected misinformation from our previous vet, giving us peace of mind. The clinic is new, modern, and well-equipped. We feel lucky to have found such a reliable team. Highly recommend!

So thrilled to see Dr Peiman open his new Vet clinic! He is an amazing vet that we have had the pleasure of having him as our vet for over 10 years and he has taken amazing care of our multiple fur-babies. We would travel across the city if we had to for his service. This new clinic is amazing looking and they will treat your pet as if it's their own! If we could give 10 Stars we would.

We’ve been going to Dr Peiman for the last 14 years and are so glad to see him open his own clinic. There is no vet like him out there. The care and service he provides for your animal is unlike any other. The peace of mind we feel after he has seen one of our dogs is something I wish every pet parent would get the chance to experience. If you’re a pet parent and reading this, please go to Dr Peiman only, you will leave happy no matter what. Also, I have never seen such kind staff. The front desk team and the vet techs are so unbelievably nice and helpful. The most welcoming vet clinic. Thank you everyone at YVH for all you’ve done!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding care Dr. Peiman and his team provided for my Dog, Toto. From the moment we walked into the clinic, it was clear that Dr. Peiman is not just a veterinarian but a true animal lover. His calm demeanor, deep knowledge, and genuine compassion immediately put both me and Toto at ease. Dr. Peiman took the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of my Toto’s condition and treatment options, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt confident and informed every step of the way. What made the experience even better was the incredible staff. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Their warm and welcoming attitude made the entire visit stress-free for both me and Toto.
