I have been using their services for more than 12 years First for my late dog and now for a cat. Friendly staff is the highlight of this place. My pets have always been safe and comfortable there and that is an important thing for me. Another highlight is parking spots at the rear of the building (house) 4 -5 spots in total and usually 2-3 are available. I don’t want to give them 5 stars because they are good but still room for improvement. No half but they deserve 4.5 stars

Thank you Dr. Ramzy and thank you to his team for always providing great service and care for my cat. I think this clinic has great energy and my cat always leaves feeling loved and comfortable even though he is a very shy and anxious cat. Dr. Ramzy is always considerate of cost, and instructions for medication are given clearly and in a way that is easy to understand.

These people are so kind and caring. They treat my cats as if it’s they’re their own. I’ve never been to a vet like this before. I highly recommend them.

Went here for my first vet visit and loved my experience! As a first time dog owner, I had many questions and they were patient and kind to let me know what types of vaccinations were priority or worth while doing. I was interested in things like allergy tests etc, but they they gave me really good advice on not to do it because she was young and should be considered when she's older, but optional. It made me feel like they were thinking if the best interest of my puppy and not trying to upsell or something. They took SUCH GOOD CARE of my puppy! So sweet and gentle with her! She came out so happy! (Even after getting her 2nd Vax and microchipped!) Thank you Church Yonge Animal Clinic! Our family appreciates all you help! Will definitely be back.

I send both of my cats here for vaccines and other surgeries. Service was extremely friendly and professional. My cats can be scared around strangers but they don't seem to react stringly when they are here. Super happy
