Our dog Emily has been well taken care of by the wonderful staff for 12 years, her first visit was when she was 11 weeks old. Some staff have come and gone but she is always treated like a little queen. Always keeping her up to date with her shots and such great advice when we have questions, so knowledgeable!! Thank you for all you do. We Highly Recommend The Don Valley Animal Hospital.

Every single member of staff is extremely knowledgeable and beyond kind. They are extremely attentive and gentle with the animals, as well as extremely patient and informative with the owners. In my opinion, they go above and beyond in everything they do. They will always be my dogs caregivers and I thank them for all they do.

This clinic was able to see my cat on an emergency basis within a matter of minutes. The registration process was simple and straightforward. The staff and Dr. Kim were very gentle and helpful towards my cats condition. There was no sales pitch and I was quoted for every process. Dr. Kim was very thorough with explaining the diagnosis, and gave me a follow up call after the appointment to discuss blood results to ensure both myself and my cat were ok. Definitely would recommend.

We had our first visit to Don Valley Animal Hospital with our Yellow Lab. The staff was very friendly and Dr Kim was very kind and patient with our anxious baby. Her treatment for ongoing allergies and ear infections has worked!! Thank you so much for bringing some comfort to our itchy dog. Now all she needs is a good psychiatrist to deal with separation anxiety lol.

My cat, Niko, and I had a really rough night. She had been itching so badly and I could see how uncomfortable she was throughout the night. I am so fortunate that I called DVAH and Dr Kim was able to see her this morning. From the intake, to assessment, diagnosis and treatment, everyone was thorough, really took their time and made sure Niko was comfortable and well taken care of. I'm so grateful. Thank you!!!
