We are a new client of this hospital and we had our annual examination with Dr. Erin Hayes. She was amazing! She was really friendly, knowledgeable, and very thorough. Answered all the questions we had and gave us a breakdown of relevant information we needed to know for our cat! The other staff were also very friendly and polite! Highly recommend this hospital!

I am a first time pet owner and was recommended by my other musician friends to bring my cat to this clinic. This was hands down the best service I've received at any place in my life. the place was very clean and tidy. The staff was very approachable and the friendly not to mention the vet tech that they had I believe her name was Tina was absolutely wonderful she knows her stuff and is super caring. If anyone is looking for a vet clinic i highly recommend this one or even switching over this clinic. this is absolutely where you and your pet NEED to be !

A class act. Bathurst Animal Hospital is simply the best. They are kind. Courteous. Sweet. Loving. All the staff are amazing and so welcoming. And best of all they are professional and really know what they are doing. They took such good care of my little one and you are in good hands here. And look at the photos. It is a special feeling when your fur baby is loved and cared for by their veterinarian. The team of staff and doctors at Bathurst animal hospital is nothing short of amazing. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Palermo! After multiple visits to other clinics with no clear answers, Dr. Palermo quickly and accurately diagnosed our pup Rory with pancreatitis. Her professionalism and genuine care for our good boy were evident from the moment we walked in. Rory is in great hands with her, and we're so grateful for her expertise and compassion. Highly recommend Dr. Palermo and Bathurst Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a top-notch vets!
