Travelled all the way here because it said free exam on my certificate from them & then they said I had to pay $150 for an examination, when I already know what’s wrong with my pet. Bunch of scammers here. Been to way cheaper vets that are only $75-100 for an exam. Money grabbers! Take your pet somewhere where they’d actually be cared for.

Very lovely place. All the staff are very friendly and caring. One day I came from far away to buy pet food. Unfortunately, when I arrived, the hospital was closed on time. When I was desperate, the staff inside opened the door and let me in and bought cat food. And provided water and chairs for me and my dog to rest. Thank you very much for VCA animal hospital's love.

I started bringing my senior dog, Bowser, to VCA Don Mills so he could continue to see Dr. Michelle Munger. While he wasn't a patient there for very long, I always felt comfortable when he was in their care. Dr. Munger is exceptional and I'd recommend her to any pet owner who's looking for veterinary care. The staff and technicians at the clinic are also caring and knowledgeable, so I was always confident that Bowser was receiving the best treatment possible.

I took my last dog to Don mills and the way the staff treated him and how well he was looked after his entire life ensured i will not go anywhere else. Our new puppy has now been going to Don Mills for 2 years and he enjoys walking through the door and seeing his friends at the front and i know all the staff there will treat him like their own.
