My poor dog was bitten by 2 other dogs. I had cleaned the wounds, but a week later a large abscess formed. Although I was not a current client, they took me right away! The staff is incredible; knowledgeable, kind and very compassionate. They took their time and did a very thorough exam. After antibiotics she was fine, but they wanted me to bring her back for a final exam to ensure she was ok (no charge). They are now my permanent veterinary clinic. 😊

UBAC have always given the best care for my Roscoe! All the vets, techs, and front desk staff are amazing. But a special shout out to Dr. Petrut for providing special care to Roscoe while he was sick. Thank you!!

I took my new 5.5 month old puppy to Upper Bathurst Animal Clinic. They took me on time for my appointment, the vet was amazing in explaining everything, and I left feeling more confident. For the first time, I also got pet insurance through their suggested company, Trupanion, and they were also fantastic. I am a senior and they were kind enough to offer me a discount! I highly recommend this vet clinic.

Clean and welcoming clinic. The reception staff is always kind, and the vets are patient and attentive. I have never felt rushed or dismissed at this clinic.

i had a great experience at upper bathurst! kathy, ashley and shianne at the front desk were lovely to speak to! they made the check in and check out process seamless! my appointment with dr. dorin was wonderful and completely fear free! i left feeling informed and my 9 month old kitten had a great exam experience with some treats and head scritches ! the new manager jahan was also a delight while we were there and couldn’t stop cooing over my kitten! she wade us feel very welcomed :) the facility was clean and welcoming and it felt spacious while still having that ‘cozy clinic’ feeling. i will definitely be bringing my other cat here for ongoing care !!
