Looking for lousy and uncaring customer service? Great Lakes Animal Hospital insists on Policy over kindness. The Great Lakes Animal Hospital's strict rule to adhere to company policy over a simple bag of cat food left my daughter without food for her sick cat. She walked to this location as she has no vehicle. They refused to help my daughter and would not sell her anything because she is not a client - oh, and they are not taking clients. Our daughter explained to them that she can't find a local vet that is taking clients and her cat needs that specific food due to serious gut problems. Just this once please..too bad, sucks to be you. I wonder if the managers and/or vets know their front desk gatekeepers are putting forward such a negative face on this business?
