Friendly, responsive and knowledgeable staff. Vet is engaging and compassionate. Parking lot is very small and difficult to navigate a pick up truck if a few spots are already taken.

I dropped off my dog on scheduled day for neutering. I was then contacted hours later to pick up due to problems with equipment used during surgery? No clear explanation as to what's the problem? Waited 2 weeks till contacted about another time. No communication in-between. Then after neutering it turned out the cone was too loose on neck and dog simply pulled it off. Next day cone was cracked and destroyed! They told me every cone available is junk. So upset that I'm going elsewhere. No compensation offered for my wasted time. You get what you pay for.

They have taken such good care of my kitty Lucifer, probably one of the best vet clinics I’ve ever been to. Will always recommend whenever someone asks about a good vet.

They stayed well after hours to take me & my cat in as a first time client. After calling several different vets with my urgent situation and being turned away, such care as Bruce Street is rare and greatly appreciated. Thank you
