We found out about KW animal hospital from a friend and went due to their reasonable pricing. The care we received was beyond exceptional. When we had worries about our Gracie after being routinely vaccinated they brought us in not once but twice to monitor her vitals, check different things and gave her an oral steroid (all free of charge). She turned out to be completely fine but their deep concern to ensure everything was okay made us feel so cared for and trusting of their love for animals. We are so happy to make them Gracies permanent vent and recommend anyone to go here! The whole team was super supportive and they even called today to check to see how she was doing. 10/10

This vet really knows what he’s doing! He is an excellent listener, very accurate with his treatment, highly knowledgeable and very friendly. All the staff members, including vet assistants and Receptionists were really caring and welcoming. Overall, great experience! I would definitely suggest everyone to take your pets here.❤️

I have been a customer for over three+ years. I take my three dogs here, one of whom got neutered at this vet. Went today for routine vaccinations and for 2of my dogs. I asked them to trim one nail Petsmart could not do as it was curling. They wanted to charge me $20 if it could not be done quickly. So I left and will take my dogs and my future business elsewhere. I did not ask for it to be done for free. But I do not expect to be charged $20 for one nail. This is not how you keep customers. Very disappointed. I would like to add this is not the first time That they have charged me that amount To trim one nail. This is unacceptable being as I was coming in For vaccinations for two dogs.

Right after Christmas, my dog was pooping blood really bad. So I was absolutely shocked and frightened. Then, I called them and made the immediate appointment to visit a vet. Once we arrived, they started to treat my dog carefully. Both of the vets were there to hear me describe the symptoms with patients. They suggested a blood work to see if it is caused by inflammation, which I think it is reasonable with reasonable price as well. The overall cost is reasonable and acceptable. My dog start to feel better and stopped pooping blood on the next day after having the medications they provided. Very friendly staff, and efficient treatment.
