We had an excellent experience. All staff were professional, attentive and responsive to our dog’s need. Careful considerations and precautions were reviewed and taken during our girl’s emergency surgery and stay. Thorough care and treatment that required high skillsets were received. We are impressed by your hospital and thankful. It is reassuring to have this care for our pet especially since we came from 2 hours away. Most importantly, our girl was comfortable with all the staff from the initial triage to release.

On Sunday, December 1st, our dog Hank experienced a concerning episode of bloating, prompting us to seek immediate veterinary care. We contacted the nearest emergency veterinary clinic, and we were pleasantly surprised by their prompt response. Upon entering the clinic, a vet was readily available to immediately take Hank to the back for x-rays. Unfortunately, it was determined that his stomach had twisted, and he needed emergency surgery. Dr. Ammar provided a thorough explanation of the situation, demonstrating exceptional kindness and compassion throughout our conversation. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Franco, the surgeon, for her skilled care, even though I did not have the opportunity to meet her personally. The clinic monitored Hank for several days, allowing visitation, to ensure he was stable before allowing him to return home. They even accommodated our request for an additional night's stay but confirmed that he was ready to come home, reflecting their commitment to Hank's well-being rather than financial gain. From the reception staff to the veterinary technicians and doctors, everyone was professional, respectful, and supportive during this challenging time. I highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of emergency veterinary services!

I cannot speak highly enough for this vet. My puppy was diagnosed with a life-threatening virus and the care, caution and attention each and every one of the staff took was incredible. My puppy had to stay a few nights there and the communication I received, even after he was discharged, was more than I could have ever imagined. Every single one of the staff here are incredible and they take such amazing care of your fur baby as if they were their own. The vets were very communicative, realistic and ensure you understand the issues at hand, what the next steps are as well as the chances. While the vet techs are very personable and always there to provide reassurance and comfort. I received emails with photos of my baby which was so appreciated especially not being able to snuggle him at night. I was able to visit him whenever I wanted and for however long I wanted and they ensured the proper caution was taken to avoid the virus spreading every time. My baby is still recovering but he was discharged into my care as soon as was possible which I cannot thank them enough for. This will be our go-to vet moving forward. Thank you all; the entire team at Eagleson Vet is absolutely amazing, I can’t express my gratitude enough.

From the moment I was on the phone to the end this clinic absolutely exceeded my expectations. In my time of crisis with my dog Enzo they saved his life. Emergency surgery for an obstruction in his intestines. After much review and consideration we were able to do surgery with amazing success. Saving my best friend before the holidays. I am beyond grateful. I would 1000% recommend this clinic for your pets and yourself.
