Took our new puppy to get her booster shots. The vet made our puppy extremely comfortable while she was giving her her shots. The entire staff was friendly and easy to talk to.

Great people. They took an online look of our infected bug bite cat's chin, and I was able to bring him in that day for a checkup and meds. Our cat is much happier today.

I have been coming with my small pets to this clinic for years, the entire team here are friendly and caring, always providing positive experience. Yesterday I brought one of my guinea pigs Chanel because she had a long piece of hay lodged in her eye. I didn’t have an appointment, rushed her in, and everyone was caring and compassionate and took great care of her. They always call after my appointments to make sure my fur babies are doing ok.

We've taken four guinea pigs and one dog to Preston Animal Clinic. We have seen most of the vets and have always been pleased. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. We never feel like we are being rushed at all. We feel lucky to have found such a great vet.

Really glad to find this awesome clinic. All staffs are very nice and patient. Brought my sweet Caramel (4 years old guinea pig) in yesterday. She has a really big tumour on her shoulder. Doctor Laurie is very kind and knowledgeable. She explained all the options and the worse results with me. Unfortunately test result confirmed the tumour is an aggressive one. Luckily Caramel is doing all fine at the moment. Eating and moving a Lot as usual. Will monitor her behaviour change. With medications, hope I can keep her for another year. Highly recommend this clinic. Definitely will come back for all my furry friends.
