My dog and I felt super welcome and comfortable, our experience was superb. We saw Dr Kristy, she was so sweet and gentle with my dog, and she genuinely cares. She provided excellent service, detailed information, and I never felt pressured or guilt-tripped for any additional treatments. Dr Kristy eased my worries about my dog's ailment and gave me honest trustworthy advice on how I should proceed, as well as all other options and the associated risks and costs. I truly appreciate the time and effort she provides to her patients. I never felt rushed, and she ensured that I had all my answers before leaving. Thank you AAH and Dr Kristy!

I’ve been taking my cat here for 5 years. The vets and staff are wonderful. Very organized and professional. My cat has some anxiety issues and going to the vet is not his favourite thing to do but they have given me some great tips and work with Marley so that he has a successful visit.

Dr Karyn and Chris provide the absolute best care to our rescue pups that visit for physiotherapy and other treatments!! We love them and would highly recommend.

Dr. Devon Barnes not only helped our German Shepherd through a complicated and emotional few weeks of dealing with a blockage (as she focuses and specializes in large dog breeds), but fought the pet insurance company on our behalf to ensure they covered much of it!! She was great with our dog as were all of the staff, and she went to the extra mile contacting the insurance company and speaking to the regional rep after they would not provide coverage for illogical reasons. Not only was this a huge help financially, but mentally as well. I highly recommend her and Ajax Animal Hospital as a whole.
