I’m very happy with my experience here. My dog had an infected wound from speargrass under his skin and everything from getting him in quickly as a new patient to the careful approach taken and eventual positive result was all excellent. Fair prices, low pressure, and good bedside manner too.

My guinea pig Buddy had crackly breathing and was coughing, and they saw him the same day, diagnosed him with pneumonia and got him some meds. It was about a week and he was improving, two weeks and eating normally again. I cant thank Dr Bay and the staff enough for saving him.

Excellent vets. Excellent staff. They’re incredibly organized—wow! We’ve had a sick young retriever, and they have been so diligent. I highly recommend!

I have been taking my ferrets to Royal Oak for many years now and mainly seeing Dr. Chambers. Even in times of distress and heartache the staff is very supportive. I’ve always felt like my ferrets health and wellness has been the top priority of all the staff when I am there. I cannot say enough good things about Royal oak and am very grateful for all they do for my pets.

They know what they are doing and they genuinely care. Would not go any other place for veterinary care, especially for small animals. Pricing is fair as well.
