I had such a great experience here. Although it is extremely expensive, it is definitely worth it!! Dr. Lana is not only amazing at what she does, you can tell she truly cares.. I have always had a hard time with vets not having the best bed side manner. Lana has the best bedside manner that I have ever seen. She is incredibly kind, and pleasant. I have had a lot of health issues with my dog peaches, and I felt so confident With Lana!! I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to get my dogs Dental surgery done with her. All the staff were amazing too. Thank you so much! :)

Dr. Bissett is incredibly talented and has amazing bedside manners. We have a 10 year old, 100lb dog, and were quite worried about putting him under anesthesia. Dr. Bissett was so great and we felt so confident in her abilities and her process it totally alleviated our fears. We were still anxious but all went well. Highly recommend her and her team to anyone on the island. We travelled down from Campbell River for a second opinion and were very happy we made that choice. Thank you again Dr. Bissett & team!

Dr Bissett and her team are amazing. It feels like a spa, my dog was super relaxed and so was I. Great location, if your coming from outside of Victoria, you don't need to deal with all the traffic into or out of Victoria. This is the best specialty vet clinic I have ever been to. Dr Bissett explained everything to me and even let me come into the operating room and see my dog before she went ahead and stared the procedures we decided upon together. What a great experience. Thanks!

Dr Bissett is genuinely one of the kindest people I have met it my life. She really is there to help pets and their paw-rents. We have seen her once as a check before dental surgery for my cat Nico and she was so thorough I was very surprised. She took her time to make sure I understood how everything worked from why he needed special blood work first, to showing me exactly what was a concern in Nico's mouth. She went above and beyond and I left feeling so much better than before we got there as this is a stressful situation. Dr Bissett is very personal with an incredible bedside manor. I really do trust her with my pet and a genuinely feel that she isn't going to recommend something that isn't necessary , which is rare in my experience with all the vets I've been to with my pets in the past. All the staff at Evergreen Veterinary Services are top notch! My poor Luna had major problems with her teeth and the staff were all absolutely wonderful. They addressed the concerns we have and Luna is as happy as can be now. Thanks for taking such great care of my furbaby!
