I have been throughly impressed with this vet clinic since day one; I’ve been going here since I got my dog last December. They are super knowledgeable, helpful, understanding, and kind. They always know how to make my pup feel comfortable. I highly recommend this vet in general but especially for spay / neutering. They took such good care of her before, during, and after the surgery — they did a flawless job.

Highly recommend Fernwood Vet! We have a very anxious dog and Dr.Poch and the whole team, are incredibly kind, thorough and flexible with our dogs needs. It is clear that our dogs comfort and health are their highest priority. They have treated our pup like their own and are always checking in to see how she’s doing, even long after her appointment.

I have never in my life experienced this kind of care . They go WAY above for the client and fur babies . I worked in the Vet field for many years and at different clinics and have never worked with people like them . So incredibly kind ,loving gentle and everything else you would want for your pet . I had to leave my dog with them for the day and they called 3 times to let me know how he was doing . I also had a procedure taken care of 3 weeks later .They literally saved me well over 1500.00 dollars (yes that is 15 hundred dollars . ) for the exact same procedure I was quoted for from another clinic And 3 up-to-date Vaccines And the correct birthdate on his papers and files . Don't go any place else .These people are truly amazing .

Every staff member was very caring and helpful. Dr. Poch spent a lot of time going over everything in detail after each visit and answered all my questions. I felt that my cat was lovingly cared for and expertly treated. The whole experience was different from other vet clinics which tend to be impersonal, rushed, and not forthcoming with details. I would recommend Fernwood Vet Clinic to any pet parent, especially if your pet is fearful of vet visits.

The staff are great, extra props to the veterinary assistant! They all clearly care about animals. I was late for my appointment (gah) but they accommodated me anyway, which was very gracious. They offered solutions and treatments for my cat without pushing anything. Appreciate you!
